ISL (International Swimming League) - Senior Commercial Operations Director.
From September 2019 until February 2020 I joined start-up sports business, International Swimming League to work alongside Head of Commercial developing the sales narrative, marketing materials and sales leads for this newly formed, team-based, global professional league leading up to the first season of racing. The series features womens and mens racing as well as a mixed racing round at the finale of every day in a fast-paced, short-course format over two days.
As Senior Commercial Operations Director, I wrote and produced all sales collateral, developed relationships with brand and destination partners as well as attending races in Naples and London.
Together with the Head of Commercial, I built out investment tiers for poolside advertising and created packages in a ‘brand partnership’ framework. This involved leveraging sports talent as ambassadors to develop brand engagement potential together with product endorsement on personal social feeds and across official ISL accounts.
I worked together with the regional agency partners in Rome and Marseille for new events and sales/partnerships prospects, managed weekly calls with stakeholders across the sales netwrok and managed the official ISL Sales instagram feed.

• Drafted go-to-market sales narrative materials and pitch documents for key brands including Adidas,Under Armour, Orange and city destination brands like Madrid and Cape Town

Whilst producing sales material for ISL events, I developed new presentations for a professional Athletics concept 'Gate to Magic' (G2M) which would run on similar model to ISL with professional teams of Athletes competing across a weekend of events featuring key 'Olympic' disciplines.
